Video Presentation: ‘Do NOT Be Afraid of Carbon Dioxide!’
Camille Veyres presents a one-hour video on the carbon cycle and physics of the atmosphere which debunks the lies told by government academics about CO2 and man-made global warming.
Among the junk science, Veyres also exposes the lie that “The CO2 from “fossil fuels” accumulates in the atmosphere.”
In reality no more than 6{154653b9ea5f83bbbf00f55de12e21cba2da5b4b158a426ee0e27ae0c1b44117} of atmospheric CO2 is from “fossil fuels” and that 94{154653b9ea5f83bbbf00f55de12e21cba2da5b4b158a426ee0e27ae0c1b44117} of that is from the natural outgassing of the soils and of the oceans.
This detailed video also debunks the mainstream academic claim that “There is a greenhouse effect and more CO2 in the air means higher surface temperatures.”
Independent French climate researcher, Veyres tells us:
“The so-called greenhouse effect exists only in a vacuum and cannot exist in the atmosphere either on Earth or on Venus: a polytropic relation between pressure and temperature explains the surface temperatures; the Earth’s atmosphere is, due to its water vapor, extremely opaque to thermal infrared and cannot carry heat radiatively outside the water vapor window; the thermal infrared radiation of the troposphere (90{154653b9ea5f83bbbf00f55de12e21cba2da5b4b158a426ee0e27ae0c1b44117} of that of the globe) is controlled by the water vapor content at say 300 mbar; changes of the carbon dioxide content of the air have no effect because water vapor is in control.”
In reality, what is seen is that the surface temperature on Earth and on Venus is a consequence of the pressure of the atmosphere.
On Earth the quantity of water vapor near the tropopause controls the outgoing longwave radiation Earth to cosmos: more CO2 or more methane in the air can not have any effect on the temperatures.
Veyres also exposes other related deceptions published since 1965. As a result, any warming by atmospheric CO2 from the combustion of fossil fuels is shown to be impossible: the modeled warming rests on willful frauds and obfuscations. It is therefore readily concluded that planned “energy transition policies” are scientifically unfounded.

Unfortunately none of the political wonks that I would hope to share this with will not listen to an hour length, heavily accented presentation that seems to be emanating from a tunnel. Trying to get the sound bite general public to listen to any video much longer than seven minutes is a stretch.
Friends of Science Communications Director, Michele Stirling has the aspect of editing science presentations down to an art form.
If need be perhaps this video could be redone into shorter segments and if expected to be successful,l narrated by some one with Michele’s delivery.

The IR imaging at the top of the article is confusing. You may absorb sunlight in your skin but your do not radiate those frequencies, let alone “at your own temperature.” That makes no sense. You absorb frequencies from a body of higher temperature and then emit at you body temperature. Frequency and temperature are connected, and the temperature relative to a frequency cannot be changed. Or, am I missing something?

Sorry, I can’t take this video seriously .. as other pointed out “greenhouse effect exists only in a vacuum” .. no, the GHE or RGHE cannot exists anywhere in our known universe. Vacuum or no vacuum, it still violates physical law.
Furthermore, even the IPCC AR5 material indicates total human contribution to atmospheric CO2 concentration is 4% or less. Where does he get this magical 6%?
I have found many other inconsistencies and errors throughout the entire presentation.
