Population eugenics, climate, resources & capitalism: the real agenda

Pertinent work that is worthwhile for wider consideration that are buried and lost in the overwhelming, pervasive AGW propaganda from governments, media and academia are summarized below:

First, are a few excerpts from the book Ecoscience, published in 1970 and 1977 by John P. Holdren (then professor at University of California, later director of the Woods Hole Institution, later U.S. President Obama’s chief science advisor), Paul R. Ehrlich and Anne H. Ehrlich (Stanford professors and authors of The Population Bomb books.)  The agenda is readily apparent.

“Perhaps those agencies, combined with UNEP and the United Nations population agencies, might eventually be developed into a Planetary Regime—sort of an international superagency for population, resources, and environment. Such a comprehensive Planetary Regime could control the development, administration, conservation, and distribution of all natural resources, renewable or nonrenewable, at least insofar as international implications exist. Thus the Regime could have the power to control pollution not only in the atmosphere and oceans, but also in such freshwater bodies as rivers and lakes that cross international boundaries or that discharge into the oceans. The Regime might also be a logical central agency for regulating all international trade, perhaps including assistance from DCs to LDCs, and including all food on the international market.”

“The Planetary Regime might be given responsibility for determining the optimum population for the world and for each region and for arbitrating various countries’ shares within their regional limits. Control of population size might remain the responsibility of each government, but the Regime would have some power to enforce the agreed limits.” ~ Ecoscience.

“INTERNATIONAL CONTROLS: THE GLOBAL COMMONS”  (Section heading)

“It has been apparent for some time that the nations of this planet cannot long survive without a system of worldwide controls for dealing with the ecosphere, the world economic system, and world population growth.” ~ Ecoscience (Kindle Location 38776).

 “In our opinion, one of the areas where international controls could be established most easily is over what may be called the global commons. All human beings must extract needed materials from the soil, the atmosphere, and the waters of Earth, and the hydrologic and biogeochemical cycles bind the three together into an indivisible entity.” ~ Ecoscience (Kindle Locations 38779-38781).

“The cornerstone of a rational program should be a great reduction in the growth of throughput of energy and materials in the rich countries. Such a reduction would permit, in principle, an acceleration of the application of energy and materials to meet the genuine needs of the poor countries, within a context of slackening global growth.” ~ Ecoscience (Kindle Locations 39601-39603).

“The success of such a scheme, of course, depends strongly on the success of programs to limit the growth of populations.” ~ Ecoscience (Kindle Locations 39608-39609).

“The development of a long-term sterilizing capsule that could be implanted under the skin and removed when pregnancy is desired opens additional possibilities for coercive fertility control. The capsule could be implanted at puberty and might be removable, with official permission, for a limited number of births.” ~ Ecoscience (Kindle Locations 32055-32057).

Also, the link is a technical and detailed response from 2009 in pdf to The Population Bomb, written forty years later by Indur Goklany, titled “Have increases in population, affluence and technology worsened human and environmental well-being?”  In 2009,  Dr. Goklany was in the Office of Policy Analysis, US Department of the Interior, 1849 C Street, NW, Washington, DC, USA 20240. E-mail: [email protected]. The views expressed in this paper are the author’s and not the US government’s.  The Population Bomb was required reading in schools in the late 1960’s and 1970’s.
