How Dumb is BBC Science Reporting?

Scientists outside the sway (pay?) of Establishment media know just how ill-informed and gullible are most mainstream science journalists. A case in point is the BBC’s bedwetting coverage of ‘man-made global warming’ – the biggest con job of all time,  yet too often swallowed hook line and sinker.

A fine example of BBC’s journalistic shortcomings caught the eye of PSI’s own Dr Klaus L E Kaiser (Chemistry) and is titled ‘Climate change: Heatwaves ‘halve’ male insect fertility’ (November 13, 2018).”

Dr Kaiser explains:

“The beetles shown copulating in the article’s accompanying pic (see above) are, in fact German, “potato beetles” — their larvae are voracious critters living on potato plant leaves and nearly impossible to  get rid off, even by hand-picking!”

It’s always interesting to read some reports by ‘experts’ who really don’t seem to know what they are talking about. Are critical reasoning skills not a requirement for BBC journalists? So come on, Helen Briggs, wise up and stop spewing this climate BS, we’ve all had enough of it, thanks!
