5G Warning by Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers

The prestigious Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the professional association for electronic engineering and electrical engineering based in New York, issues a stark public warning of grave cancer risks from any mass roll out of 5G telecoms technology.

The IEEE has 420,000+ members in 160 countries and has published ‘Clear Evidence of Cell-Phone RF Radiation Cancer Risk‘ (James C Lin) revealing that the US government has been ‘tight-lipped’ about revealing shocking evidence of cancer and brain damage due to 5G.

Citing revelations from 28 March 2018, IEEE’s James Lin reveals worrying scientific data from a detailed study performed by the National Toxicology Program (NTP) :

“… following a thorough review of the draft NTP reports, pathologists and toxicologists on the peer-review panel concluded that, among other observations, there was statistically significant and “clear evidence” that both GSM- and CDMAmodulated RF radiation had led to the development of malignant schwannoma (a rare form of tumor) in the heart of male rats (of the HarlanSprague-Dawley strain).”

The World Health Organization’s International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) has likewise conceded that such exposure to 5G would be “possibly carcinogenic to humans.” [1]

The U.S. National Toxicology Program (NTP) has prompted the IEEEC to declare that “complacencies abound” on the very real and scientifically-proven dangers to health posed by 5G.

With ‘Electromagnetic Radiation due to Cellular, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth technologies: How safe are we?’  [2] the IEEE offers an Excerpt re 5G which warns:

Due to the extremely high density of BSs [base stations, i.e., cell antenna sites], street light access points, separate indoor BSs, relays and Massive MIMO [multiple input multiple output] technology employed in 5G, a person will be exposed to very high levels of PFDs [power flux densities], whether he is indoors or outdoors, or whether or not he is using any wireless devices in close proximity. In other words, it may be suspected that even the ambient PFD which a person is exposed to in most situations throughout the day may fall under the category of “Severe Concern” according to the Building Biology Standard, “Far above normal” according to the AMA [Austrian Medical Association] standards, and may be higher than the precautionary action level recommended by the BioInitiative Guidelines. If 5G networks are deployed without careful analysis of expected exposure levels, almost all people in the area of coverage may be exposed to dangerous levels of PFD, the outcomes of which, in the near future, may turn out to be calamitous.

In line with these developments www.takebackyourpower.net health journalist Nick Pineault warns:

The Urgency

“Our world scientists are indicating today’s electrosmog is bringing the worst public health crisis technologically advanced nations have ever seen.

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is preparing to release the final report on the $25M National Toxicology Program study in which the unprecedented three-day peer review concluded cell phone radiofrequency radiation is a clear carcinogen.

All wireless technology uses radiofrequency radiation to carry our data packets back and forth and it was never safety tested before being brought to market.

Even the IEEE, which helped form the untested thermal-based FCC public radiation exposure limits in the 1990s, is conceding wireless technology is hazardous at the non-thermal level. See their cancer article in the September/October 2018 issue of IEEE Microwave Magazine.

As Dr. Pall indicates, the effects of wireless radiation exposures are cumulative. Serious harm is happening now with current exposures, some of which is already becoming irreversible.

He indicates the industry’s push for more wireless infrastructure to enable 5G and the Internet of Things (IoT) “is absolutely insane”. Yet the industry remains intent on being first to market with 5G and the Internet of Things.

Public policy will take time to catch up to the science, it could be decades, but the harm is happening right now so we cannot afford to wait for new laws to protect us.”

In short, the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) are saying that the time has come to judiciously reassess, revise, and update official government guidelines in the face of clear laboratory evidence from animal testing that a real risk to human health will occur from mass roll out of 5G.

I had not put much stock in all the rumours and tittle-tattle about 5G, putting it down to paranoid fear-mongering, but when I see something like this from such an organisation, I have to sit up and take notice.

You suggest that you don’t put much stock in rumours and tittle tattle – your words.

On the other hand some of us look up the actual research papers out there on mm wave mutagenicity etc rather than wait for the voice of authority to tell us what to think.

    Hi John,

From one of your references I read: “5G is the emergent technology that will eventually overtake the existing 2G, 3G, and 4G technology. In the meantime, people will continue to be exposed to RFR in the 700–2700 MHz range. As the 5G network is implemented, some of the signals used by the 5G network will use the same lower frequencies used by the older technology previously studied by NTP, but the 5G network will also use higher frequencies—up to 60,000 MHz—thereby exposing wireless users to a much broader spectrum of frequencies. The higher frequencies, known as millimeter waves, can rapidly transmit enormous amounts of data with increased network capacity compared with current technologies. Millimeter waves do not travel as far and do not penetrate the body as deeply as do the wavelengths from the lower frequencies. Millimeter waves are likely to penetrate no deeper than the skin, whereas the lower frequencies have been shown to penetrate at least three to four inches into the human body.”

I consider the following to be the prime advantage of 5G radiations over the 2G, 3G, and 4G technology. ” the 5G network will also use higher frequencies—up to 60,000 MHz—thereby exposing wireless users to a much broader spectrum of frequencies. The higher frequencies, known as millimeter waves, can rapidly transmit enormous amounts of data with increased network capacity compared with current technologies.”

But immediately after this quote I read (and you have if you are reading everything I have quoted): “Millimeter waves do not travel as far and do not penetrate the body as deeply as do the wavelengths from the lower frequencies. Millimeter waves are likely to penetrate no deeper than the skin, whereas the lower frequencies have been shown to penetrate at least three to four inches into the human body.”.

Nowhere in your references have I found, what I had considered before I began to read your articles and its references, which was that the fluxes of the radiations of whatever lower frequencies are significantly greater than those of the 2G, 3G, and 4G technology.

I read ‘may’ and ‘may’ and then I read ‘is’ and ‘is’ and I understand these different words to have significantly different known consequences.

    Have a good day, Jerry

Hi Jerry, The IEEE looked at lab studies of rats subjected to long term exposure to such radiation and suffered tumors as a result. You appear to infer that penetration of radiation only to the skin is trivial and insufficient to cause malignancies, but that is not borne out by medical science (skin cancer). As Dr. Pall indicates, the effects of wireless radiation exposures are cumulative.. The IEEE are rightly pointing out that no human studies have been performed. Everyone is flying in the dark on this matter. Is that wise?.

        Hi John and PSI Readers,

I consider wrong information more harmful than no information. Case in point–the GHE of atmospheric carbon dioxide etc.

I have finally learned (came to the conclusion) there are two common illnesses which are termed to be a generic flu.

But this from Wikipedia demonstrates my previous confusion: “Swine flu is more likely to include diarrhea and vomiting, as well as the respiratory symptoms that come with typical seasonal human flu.”

But I have earned to not believe everything (maybe anything) I read online. So I looked in my 1968 Edition of Britannica. And I did not find swine flu but instead swine fever (Hog cholera): “a devastating acute general infection of swine, caused by a virus, in which high fever and prostration are outstanding symptoms.” Which seemed to be a swine disease and rarely a human disease.

Next I went to the Mayo Clinics site. And read: “In the spring of 2009, scientists recognized a particular strain of flu virus known as H1N1. This virus is actually a combination of viruses from pigs, birds and humans. During the 2009-10 flu season, H1N1 caused the respiratory infection in humans that was commonly referred to as swine flu. Because so many people around the world got sick that year, the World Health Organization declared the flu caused by H1N1 to be a global pandemic.

The following is Mayo’s list of symptoms for swine flu: Fever (but not always), Chills, ,Cough, Sore throat, Runny or stuffy nose, Watery, red eyes, Body aches, Headache, Fatigue, Diarrhea, Nausea and vomiting.

Of this list of symptoms I (with minimum background) consider only high fever, diarrhea, a vomiting to be life threatening. And treatments for each to avoid death seem to commonly known. Hence, healthy, strong bodies seem not to be at significant risk of death. And it is easy to see how impossible it is to identify this ‘new’ virus from the ‘old’ viruses by a consideration of any symptoms.

Now I have read or heard that once one has had a cold (caused by a certain virus) one cannot get ‘that’ cold again for one has an immunity.

So it is not hard for me to imagine that when one tests positive for this ‘virus’ that this person may have already had a ‘mild’ case, not unlike previous flues. For it easy to imagine that if there can be a multitude of ‘natural’ cold viruses, there can be more then a very limited number of flu viruses. Especially when H1N1 virus is actually a combination of viruses from pigs, birds and humans.

Are you confused. I’m not. I know I am destined to die once. So whenever by whatever is not something about which I am going to worry.

        Have a good day, Jerry

you repeat what is said about 5G – in that it is said not to penetrate the skin so deeply – and this is seen as a bonus (!?) radiating us a little bit less deep – what is not appreciated is that it won’t be a case of 5G and no other lower frequencies you mention – it will be both. The lower frequencies are known to cause electrostimulation effecting the peripheral nerves (receptors – nociceptors), at a deep level and then 5G will come along and target the same areas – the nociceptors/receptors at skin level – both will affect peripheral nerves, the central nervous system and the heart. 5G will speed up all the neurological processes by frequency resonance seen in electroculture (everything grows quicker but this includes fungus and mould). FR also seen in magnetism. Faster speeds in our electromagnetic environment entrains the nerves (kindling) so everything inside us speeds up = dividing the cells quicker, from cradle to grave – quicker.

    Andy & Jerry
Having attended the 5G Summit in Aug 2019 and listened to many participants including Pall and others who suggested that the 5G millimeter waves will penetrate the eye and cause significant damage. Some suggested that the skin will be violated and form skin carcinomas.
I’ll try to resurrect the specific comments shortly.

Andy here are Dr..Pall’s own description from the transcript of the Summit. Visit http://hto.care for access to the many Summit interviews conducted by Josh de Sol.
“But the millimeter waves are absorbed by materials, building materials, materials of our bodies; the electrical parts of the millimeter waves are absorbed. Now, what that tells you basically, is that the electrical parts of the millimeter waves are going to interact with electrically charged groups, including the electrically charged groups in the voltage sensor. So I think what that tells you is that their ability to activate this target is going to be extraordinary, because of this absorption.
Now, one of the things that the industry claims is, “Well, it’s absorbed so much in our body and therefore can’t penetrate, except maybe about a millimeter or so into the body, and therefore you don’t need to worry about effects deeper in the body.” And they’ve made that argument. I’ve made a counter argument, and I can tell you what it is, but what’s also true is now we have evidence from published studies on millimeter waves that in fact, millimeter wave effects go at least 20 times deeper than what the industry claims. And I suspect it goes much deeper than that.
So how then do you get deep effects? And this is relevant both for microwaves and for millimeter waves. I think the way you get deep effects is that while the electrical parts of the EMFs are absorbed at some level, but the magnetic parts are extremely highly penetrated. That’s the first thing. But now you say, “Well, okay, but it’s the electrical parts that interacts with the voltage sensor. So why should you even think about the magnetic parts?” It turns out, and I mentioned this before, the magnetic fields can activate the VGCCs as well. ( Voltage Gated Calcium Channels )
And I think the way they work is that, for instance, when you have a magnetic part of 5G radiation, it goes very deeply in the body, when it interacts with electrically charged groups, this is your dissolved ions in the aqueous parts of our bodies, what does it do? It puts forces on them, and when you put forces on those, you’re going to regenerate the electrical parts deep within our bodies. The same frequency, same kind of pulsation, just much lower intensity.
But when you have the voltage sensor so exquisitely sensitive to these EMFs, you can get effects very deep in the body. And this is based on millimeter waves that are not pulsed, so they don’t have all the problems with pulsation that 5G does. They can produce effects on the heart, they can produce effects on other internal organs in the body, many internal organs in rodents. They
can in humans, produce EEG effects, produce changes in the electrical activity of the brain, in humans. And so in order to do that, what do they have to do?
They have to penetrate through the hair, through the skin, through the skull, and through the meninges that surround all the neural tissue in the brain. And so what that means is, they have to go at least 20 times deeper than the industry claims as possible, in order to do this. And if they can go that deep, they go any kind of deep, because basically, the magnetic parts could go right through your body. So I think this is another situation where the industry makes all kinds of claims. But if you look at the data, it’s just wrong.”
One of many aspects of 5G including the fact that it operates on the same system where elements of 4G,3G & 2G remain–cumulative effect of the billions of pulsations that occur. Andy and Jerry and all do you want to continue as a guinea pig in the grand experiment so that Joe Shit can watch NFL on his I-phone?

I care not for anybody’s opinion or scientific research,as I known for a FACT that since 4g role out a couple of years ago,of people developing tinnitus.
Myself, and two other family members in different countrys included. Not only that, since 5g led lights became active,I am getting a SEVERE sensation in my head whilst driving under them.A sensation that stays with me for hours, yes hours after I return home to the country side.I have no wifi and never carry a phone on my body. This IS dangerous to health, and to all life as we know it.We have a safe fiber optic option on the way,so it is not all doom and gloom. There are videos on youtube of how the trees are dying next to 5g transmitting led lights and antennas.
That should be a clear message that this technology is FAR from safe.
Not only that, doctors and nurses are warning that 5G stops oxygen binding to hemaglobin in the blood.
Hence the people falling down all over wuhan, china.
A characteristic that has NEVER existed with any natural virus know to man,in recorded history.

      Hi Carbon and Christian,

At Mayoclinic.org I read: “Tinnitus is the perception of noise or ringing in the ears. A common problem, tinnitus affects about 15 to 20 percent of people. Tinnitus isn’t a condition itself — it’s a symptom of an underlying condition, such as age-related hearing loss, ear injury or a circulatory system disorder.”

I went to Mayoclinic.org because I had no idea what ‘Tinnitus’ was. I have been running about on and off for 30 minutes as far as I could run during this time for 4 decades. Actually this is not quite true for I began at the beginning to run a timed 4 miles. And the path I ran on was not absolutely level. But as I conditioned my body my ultimate times dropped to 7 minutes per mile (28 minutes total). And I could run this pace within seconds day after day.

So after a decade or two my pace dropped to 8 minutes per mile (32 minutes total). Now, four decades later I run a unknown distance for 31.5 minutes within several seconds day after day. Which pace I consider to be the maximum possible because otherwise I cannot reason that such a repetitive time could be possible for any other reason.

My obvious point is I cannot deny what is happening (has happened) to my body as I age. Just as the doctors at Mayo Clinic conclude that ‘Tinnitus’ is ALSO “a symptom of an underlying condition, such as age-related hearing loss, ear injury or a circulatory system disorder.”

      Have a good day, Jerry

Jerry…..” the perception of noise” tells me that the Mayo Clinic is not on the cutting edge of this ailment, or using their language “the perception of a symptom”. Our perception involves the pulsation of ringing followed by the perceived migraine that follows. Since the Dirty Electricity that is in everyone’s residence, we and others are subject to pulsed transients that initiate our perceived condition. It only occurs then the newly installed nearby substation dumps its perceived oversupply of power to ground because of the perceived Wye Electrical Distribution prevalent in our area. http://www.ecs.csun.edu/~bruno/MultiGroundedNeutralFinal_4-17-7.pdf
But that’s only my perception Jerry.
        Have a perceived great day,

The article is written by John O’Sullivan. there is not any link to a page on this website where I can find the necessary information about the author of this article. I have searched via Google, but there are more people with the same name. There is even a John O’Sullivan who invented Wi-Fi, Before I am going to add any article of this website to my blog page with collections of links, I want to know who exactly the people are belonging to this website, especially John O’Sullivan. This morning the website was even considered by Mozilla as not reliable, and somebody on Twitter who I follow found advertisements here for wireless. Altogether an utterly confusing website, where even quoting Dr. Pall can seem to make it reliable, but at the same time the quote is so general that even a burgler can use it as if Pall agrees with him. So: this website misses info. Essential info in a world filled with lies and cheaters. Only transparency offers possibilities to check authors. Waiting.
