$100 Billion Contact Tracing Deal by Bill Gates JUST BEFORE Pandemic
The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation helped negotiate who would score a $100 Billion government-backed contact tracing contract in August 2019 — six months before the ‘pandemic’ arrived in the United States and four months before it swept through China.
The shocking revelations were unveiled on the Thomas Paine Podcast and the Moore Paine Show on Patreon by the two investigators who blew the whistle on the massive Clinton Foundation tax fraud during a Congressional hearing in 2018. John Moynihan and Larry Doyle testified in Congress, detailing the fraud and schemes utilized by the Clinton’s to avoid paying up to $2.5 BILLION in federal taxes.
The investigative duo, in their first interview since that bombshell Congressional testimony, revealed to Paine that representatives from the Gates Foundation met with U.S. Congressman Bobby L. Rush at a sit down in Rwanda, East Africa in mid August 2019 to hash out who would score the windfall from a government contact tracing program. And just last month — nine months after the meetings with the Gates Foundation in Rwanda — Rush, a Democrat from Illinois, introduced the $100 BILLION H.R. 6666, the COVID-19 Testing, Reaching and Contacting Everyone (TRACE) Act.
Rush’s bill would establish a program run by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for national coronavirus testing and contact tracing.
Paine has since learned Congressman Rush traveled to Rwanda with his spouse from August 12th to 19th, 2019 to take part in talks and a week-long event underwritten by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the Rockefeller Brothers Fund.
But how can you negotiate the byproducts of monitoring a pandemic six to seven months before the outbreak of the virus even happens?

I’m sure it is just “coincidental.” But seriously, I need far more than “he says/she says,” show me the proof that this happened, don’t tell me about something that could be seen in whatever light you wish to use.
To make an accusation, you need to show me more than this. Oh, I am more than willing to believe it, but I still say, show me the proof. I don’t want to gleefully dislike Gates more than I already do without something of substance. I’d be heartbroken if it turned out to be just “thinking out loud.”

Tom, don’t be so stupid. These things are not new revelations. Anyone who has paid any sort of attention to anything over the past 3 or 4 decades already knows a lot about Bill Gates and his antics. Go ask most countries in Africa what they think.

CANADA just gave the WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION/UNITED NATIONS another $850M.
Asked by reporters why Canadian isn’t committing more funding toward the effort, with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation predicting that it will cost $20 billion in the long-term to roll out a COVID-19 vaccine, Trudeau said there would be “more to come”.

And, Fauci’s wife, Christine Grady, also works at the NIH – where she creates policy recommendations centered around the bioethics of human testing – a perfect fit for Gates.
On April, 26th my father passed away in ICU after testing positive for coronavirus – although he had none of the symptoms. Pneumonia was the actual cause of death however, covid19 was listed on the death certificate per CDC rules. According to Deborah Brix, his cause of death will be classified as covid19 and counted as such. This is not unusual. It is the policy and a disgusting abuse of the people’s trust. And, there is more. My mother is in assisted living and I could not even give her a hug when we told her that her husband of 60 years died – a month later.- since she as been isolated for two months. Where is the compassion in any of this? Meanwhile, I only know one person who believes in this massive scam. Personally, I never did. Watching people in China getting off of airplanes and being sprinkled with spray bottles on the tarmac several months ago was all I needed to see. The deliberate dumbing down of society has brought us to this point – where people will believe whatever they are told.
